Before troubleshooting
Confirm that your provider subscription is active, your address and credentials are correct, and the same one-connection account is not playing somewhere else.
Playback and purchases
Update to the latest App Store version. Playback begins with Apple's player and uses the bundled decoder when needed. The lifetime unlock is processed by Apple; purchase support and refunds remain with Apple.
