Does ProperIpTv include television channels?
No. ProperIpTv is only a player. You need an active IPTV service from your own provider and must supply its address and login or playlist link.
Which provider formats can I use?
The App Store listing says ProperIpTv supports Xtream Codes-style provider links as well as M3U and m3u_plus playlist links.
